Integrative Therapeutic Massage
A full body massage combining myofascial techniques, with deep tissue (if you wish), Swedish and Lomi-Lomi strokes to soothe and help relieve acute and chronic ailments. Hot stones and silicone cups can be incorporated into the massage (if you wish).
Studio 60 minutes = $120
Mobile Massage $140 ($175 June-September)
Studio 90 minutes = $160
Mobile Massage $180 ($225 June-September)
Hot Stone Massage
Hot stones are positioned on specific areas of the client's body in addition to a full body massage using the smooth, warm stones. The heat of the hot stones warms and relaxes the muscles while improving circulation and calming the nervous system.
Studio 60 minutes = $140

A little about me…
I was trained at the Hawaiian Islands School Of Massage on The Big Island of Hawaii.
After graduating with a diploma in Medical Massage Therapy I honed my skills at Big Island Chiropractic, The Hyatt Regency Spa and as a volunteer with the Kona Ironman Massage Team. When I moved back to Wellfleet I enjoyed practicing massage at Quiet Mind Studio. I’ve recently completed John Barnes, PT Myofascial Release (I) workshop. I enjoy welcoming clients to my studio in the beautiful and peaceful area we call Indian Neck.

How can I make an appointment?

I’m allergic to fragrances. What kind of oil/lotion do you use?
Please let me know ahead of time if you have any issues with smells or certain oils. I tend to use a base of jojoba which I find to be the least offensive to sensitive noses and skin. “Jojoba oil has a similar molecular structure and composition to sebum, which the skin naturally produces for moisturization,” says Zain Husain, M.D., a board-certified dermatologist. How do I pay?
I accept cash, Venmo, credit card and personal checks from local banks. You can Venmo me ahead of time @Allison-Welch-11 or pay post massage.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, please email me all the info - recipient, mailing address, etc. and we can set up the payment and delivery.
Do you do In-home massages?
Yes, occasionally, if time allows.
